I have arrived in Beijing! It is rainy and I am not sure if the fog is weather or pollution as this is supposed to be one of the most polluted places on earth! My tour guide wasn't impressed when I asked her, she assured me it was weather, not sure I believe her :)
Our first day my tour guide, Emma and I visit Tienamen Square, the Forbidden Palace and the Temple of Heaven. The buildings are beautiful as you can see in the pictures however if you've seen one you've seen them all, pretty much. The Temple of Heaven was beautiful, the most amazing blue roof, of course this is where my camera died!
A very full day of touring, next stop, the great wall!
